Do not order from them!! Everything was delivered cold for starters. My partner ordered a kashmir chicken curry. Not only was it not chicken but whatever the meat was had turned and had a foul metallic taste. The poperdoms where burnt and awfull the nans where undercooked and dowy. And my partner has been in the toilet chucking up since ehaving a mouth full. The restaurant will not take my call or call back. Contacting the bank for a charge back on the card.

Update* I tried calling multiple times and left voicmails. I know it was you as I ordered on just eatand your address is on the order. The lamb korma as you call it was supposed to be a kashmir chicken and its wasn't lamb or korma because I had a lamb korma from you as well and both the sauce and the meat where diffrant in that. If you had answered the phone the multiple times I called then maby I wouldn't have resorted to the reviews page but at the end of the day all the food was awfull and its really not right to dish out gone off incorrect meat and incorrect dishes! Ordered a curry as a treat for New Years Eve after a truly horrendous year. Ordered at 18:23 via Just Eat and were advised delivery would be 19:50, not a problem great timing considering it’s New Years! Upon checking the Just Eat app at 20:00 the order had been changed to delivered. Checked outside our front door and nothing. Rang and checked on the status to be told delivery was now 2-3 hours!! Left it until 21:00 and rang again to be told they were backlogged and nothing they could do, our order would be a further 40 minutes and hadn’t even been cooked yet!! Upon complaining I was offered no alternative simply told “We’re backlogged and I’ll refund you”.

The total lack of apology or any form of customer service means I will not be ordering from here again. I would leave a review on Just Eat but because the restaurant cancelled the order it takes away this option. Rather convenient and explains why they were so quick to refund my money.

First time getting takeaway from here, really hoping it would be good but very disappointed. The pasanda didn’t taste anything of coconut, it was just gloopy and greasy. The karahi was so salty we couldn’t eat it. The raita was just plain yogurt with a few bits of cucumber dipped in. One of the other dips was missing from the order. The delivery was on time, but we only managed to eat about a quarter of it and are left feeling greasy, salty and that overly full feeling, but still empty stomachs. And this was definitely the one in Farnham not fleet..!

Update: order should be easy to find, it was only yesterday. Order number: 15884084. Not sure how it could have been resolved on the phone, nothing much could have been...
