The Elm Tree Farnham — Restaurant in Waverley

We held my Mother's wake at The Elm Tree a few weeks ago and from my initial enquiry to the actual day, Debbie and her staff were helpful, considerate and respectful. They provided a buffet lunch which was excellent value for money with really good food and there was more than enough for our group.

We looked at a number of venues that were within a 5-minute drive of Aldershot Crematorium and the service and value offered by The Elm Tree was by far the best. It's ok for a drink no food but welcome to take a picnic & set in the garden of the pub or if you wont food you can go to the bakery next door & buy yourself & the family something to eat them go into the pubs garden & have a drink & some food. Had never been here before having moved to Badshot lea recently thought I'd check it out (it's within stumbling distance!) They were holding an " 80s night " which is what drew my friend and I in. We had a fantastic time, the music was brilliant and every one was very friendly. My friend and I were the last to leave 🤣🙈 great bar service never had to wait long and reasonably priced drinks (250 ml glass of wine and a DBL vodka coke was just over a tenner!)
