Cafe Willingdon — Restaurant in Wealden

This place is a complete rip-off. For the third time in a row they tried to charge me extra money because I swapped an item for something different. In fact the item I swapped it for was cheaper than the item I didn't have. And then they tried to charge me for the cup of tea that was meant to be inclusive. I wonder how many customers get ripped off through this kind of dishonesty and overcharging. When i pointed this out they got defensive and blamed ME! Cheap cheerful place with nice staff. Only round the corner from us. They've up their prices slightly recently unfortunately, but it was probably long overdue. Good portion size, filling, non greasy and always served hot! Hottest hot chocolate ever lol don't burn your mouth! Also always has clean tables and clean floor.

My husband had a full English breakfast and I had poached eggs on toast. All of the food was really lovely and there was a really good helping of breakfast.
