Link the Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Wealden

Popped in here for a quick coffee & to get out of the rain. I ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate with Marsh mallows and cream for my wife. I was very pleasantly surprised with my coffee, it was nice & strong like a double or even a triple expresso made expertly by Stephanie and Linda👍🙂 much better than an expensive lookalike you would get from a near by well known chain coffee shop which would Costa-lot-more. The hot chocolate had real cream on the top and a flake too.A big thumbs up the the friendly and helpful staff in here celebrating 25 years of service to the community. The soup and warm fresh roll was very nice too. It's nice and quiet and peaceful in the Link, a great place to get away from the noise, hussle and bussle of the town. After going there for over 10 years, we were told in no uncertain terms that the kitchen closed at 1.30. they wouldn't even make us a sandwich or offer a cup of tea. Shame on then, we wen't to a lovely little place opposite ASDA in the arcade had a gorgeous cheese and ham sandwich and a pot...
