Staff are aggressive.. especially the manager. From the minute we arrived, we were barked at and felt like we were an inconvenience.
Incredibly, I was asked for feedback of how they were doing compared to local competition and when I suggested they perhaps stop allowing people to drink themselves to the point of oblivion (one man wet himself in front of us) I was told that it was all in my head.
I've tried to encourage friends and family to give this place a try over the years, but won't be doing anymore. Avoid like the plague.
This establishment is not family friendly. In Burscough there are places which are heaps better where I would encourage you to spend your money.

Lisa and Ian have done a fantastic job at building a great atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone. The staff are a credit, always know how to have a laugh. The beer is great, as is the music.
