Costa Coffee — Restaurant in West Oxfordshire

Went through the drive thru for a quick coffee. Pulled up to the speaker and said what i wanted. Young lady proceeded to ignore everything i’d said and asked a bunch of questions that i had already answered. I asked for oat milk but they had ran out which is ridiculous for a coffee place. The most popular non-dairy should always be in stock. I didn’t want to complain as i know hospitality can be hard and things happen, it’s the person who did the ordering’s fault not theres. then i asked for caramel syrup, paid extra for caramel syrup. We pull up to the window and they proceed to not say anything as we pull up and when they pass us the drinks, the rudest customer service i’ve ever seen. Then as my partner drives away and we join the a40 i taste my drink to find there has been chocolate powder spilled all over the cup which is now on my clothes and there is no syrup in my drink. Absolutely disgraceful and will not be going back...

Always positive from a can-do, friendly team, always moving fast and delivering service as fast as possible. Always apologise when busy and talk to the customers. Brilliant leadership from John, and his performance runs right through the team. Excellent staff make this place but great, big airy venue that's great for kids and good coffee and food too. And drive through is a big bonus when kids are asleep. I'm there multiple...

Lovely Costa available off the A40. Good drive through services and excellent staff there. Rousing encouragement from a fellow working there once when I ordered a Green Tea for my wife. I gave my order of a green tea over the tannoy with a response of 'Green Tea? Go on mate!' Lasting memory for my wife and me as it was hilarious. Also the Biscoff Cheesecake is amazing, especially for dairy-free eaters...
