Coco Gelato — Restaurant in West Oxfordshire

I'm sorry I know this is a small business but if I could give it 0 stars i would. Me and my boyfriend ordered from here for collection few nights ago as we were staying in the area for a night.

I ordered Banoffee Crepe It wasn't cooked properly so was quite doughy still and I didn't get any bananas with it I could not eat it as it was just making me feel sick.

My boyfriend got milky way white chocolate waffles but he didn't eat much either he said it was dry and not enough sause on top. Only one of the waffles were covered in chocolate and the other was bone dry. He did not finish either.

We also got some oreo and kinder donut bites but again they were so dry we could even eat them..

Very disappointed and a waste of money nearly £25 in the BIN wouldn't...

Need to look at there prices better! £7.50 for a piddly piece of cheese cake! The milkshake couldn’t get the lid off to get the clingfilm off and sliced my finger open. However my partner’s banoffee waffle was good and worth the price.

Update to your response. I didn’t expect a whole bloody cheesecake obviously,the price was just ridiculous. I have notice you don’t seem to take feedback well! As all responses that have been slightly negative have had an arsey response. Not really a way to run a business if you want customers to return. Very disappointed by my last 2 orders from coco gelato. Your desserts used to be generous portions with almost too much topping and sauce. Whatever we ordered exceeded expectations every time and we always ended up with leftovers for the next day. My last two orders have been cold, soggy/stodgy pancakes with a dribble of sauce and stingy scattering of topping. It’s not even worth ordering let alone £7.
