I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had too this is Honest review..... tried here when it first opened and a couple of time after the quality was good, you felt they went the extra mile with better quality Ingredients and effort. Been recently and it has changed, there was 4 piece of peri peri chicken (size on a sugar cube on a full baguette). The chip have change from home cooked style chips(very thick) to run of the mill fries (like you get from a takeaway). We went there due to the extra quality; you got what you paid for. Not now! I have ordered numerous times (5 or 6) and not once have they ever got an order right. Its either missing basic stuff like a full sandwich, gotten a drinks order wrong or ignored any extra things ordered or notes. Honestly it costs less than £1 for a highlighter. Once you think you have done the order go to the printed note and compare it to what's there it's not difficult. The foods often cold and bland I'm not sure how you make a bacon barm bland. That takes some skill. I know people who have been fired for less. Dyslexia isn't an excuse either because a second person should double check it after the first. They need a team meeting where they sit down and get their stuff together. Very...
