Greggs — Restaurant in Wigan

Last Thursday 09.11.23 unfortunately, I had the misfortune of going there shortly after the opening. Shop is open 6am and I was 6:20am. To my surprise they didn't even have a single baguette prepared. OK I don't know rules and maybe they don't have to make any ready baguettes until even 10am but I really believe in this case customer have a full right to ask for any baguettes to prepare? If I am wrong please let me know. Than I ask to prepare 3 different baguettes. At this point you can immediately feel that you are not welcome:/ Body language and facial expressions The lady showed obvious dissatisfaction because she has to do her job for which she is paid! First of all, the lady was very cold 🥶 and did not use any polite forms still shows her dissatisfaction. When all was ready She put them on the counter without even informing me that they were ready and went to the back To my order I add latte as I always do and somehow when I take my order there was no latte. When ask for latte she told me that I never order 😡 I am sure I did say that enough loud to understand and hear what i said. Maybe I am wrong but she did this consciously in my opinion. My visit today wasn't good, lady server couldn't be bothered. There was 2 adverts for drink and cake, when I was charged more, I queried it. Lady said oh they've stopped? So I gave her the advert and told her there are others in the window. She couldn't be bothered, I asked her was she cold and she said yes, air-conditioning on full blast, I asked if she could turn it down and she said she thinks it has to be that way?seriously?? I was the only customer, the floor and all tables where filthy,I asked if she could wipe one for me so I could eat inside. None of the food was warm, in fact it was cold. Cold steak bake is criminal!

Young girl serving was embarrassed and did what she could to help, but a warm chicken (and something) wasn’t a good replacement for a cold steak bake!

Shop AC was on full blast so the flat white stayed hot for less than 5 minutes.
