KFC — Restaurant in Wigan

Only given 1 star as can't give any less. The chicken was extremely dark brown and not golden brown as though the oil needs changing and it was extremely greasy. It was luke warm at best, however that's not even the worst part. The order was delivered missing a whole mighty bucket for one and a portion of hot wings also missing. I rang the takeaway to get these items and was told they would not be sending these out and if I wanted them I would have to take the whole order back to them and they would sort it. Having paid for delivery the whole point of getting it delivered is so that I didn't have to go out in the first place but having spent nearly£45 in took it back. Customer service and foid quality at thus place is extremely poor anf if you value your hard earned cash and time having to go back to this place with orders they have made a mess of, avoid this place. I wont be using it again, there are a lot more takeaways in this atwa that are alot cheaper and provide better and tastier food. Charged a premium having ordered through just eat to get the food delivered, whereas if I had gone into the shop itself the order would have been around 10 to 12 pounds cheaper. Appalling service from staff. After placing my order I was made to wait over twenty minutes whilst other customers after me were served promptly. I saw the staff member pack what looked like my order and then gave it to another customer!! She then did the order for the other customer and called out the order. I then pointed out that my order had been given out instead. She offered no apology whatsoever and begrudgingly re-did my order before finally handing it to me over twenty minutes after I first placed it. She mumbled some half hearted attempt at an apology under her breath as she could see I was not impressed with the standard of service. Visit this KFC every few weeks and I can't really fault the food. Please beware of your order being wrong though. Many times I have been here and got home to find something is missing or wrong. Visited tonight and I ordered a zinger box meal. They said it would be 8 minutes wait for the zinger chicken and I could have a normal fillet on my burger instead. As I was in a bit of a rush I agreed. When I got home I realised they hadn't just swapped the chicken for a fillet but had given me a completely different box meal.
