King Grillerz Leigh — Restaurant in Wigan

I have been here 3 times before and it has been really good and i really enjoyed it! Friendly service, good food and recommended it to a lot of people in my local pub and friends, but tonight I went in and the guy on the counter was very rude he swiped my card of me because the card machine wouldn't take my card via contact less when I did it it eventually worked and he put it it down in some sauce what was on the counter when my hand was out for it he never used manners and was really miserable, nevertheless I was starving so i didn't make a scene or say anything..anyway i asked how long would it take and he said 10-15, no problem I sits down and I literally scrolled on my phone for about 5 mins not even that and the guy shouted me, give me a can of Pepsi what I didn't order i asked for 7 up he slammed the 7 up down on the counter I smiled and said Thankyou (sarcastic) and walked out i only live around the corner and got home and my food was.. awful honestly it was cold, no salt no flavor and for £7.50 it wasn't worth it at all, annoyed isn't the word as I was really looking forward to it and it has always been good but today king grillerz you've lost a customer loyal in fact as there are a few good ones near me and I walk a little bit further to go here because its USALLY good but now I will tell everyone avoid you really...

Ordered here for first time went of reviews as seemed okay ordered 10 inch pizza reg chips zinger burger meal and 2 Oreo milkshakes food came upto £31:45p gave delivery guy £40 he said he had no change handed me the food and was about to walk off I told him I wanted my change and he said I don’t have no change to give you so I went back in to have a look around for some change as we only had notes i find it odd they send a delivery guy out with no change to give to paying customers and the fact he was actually going to walk away shocked me food was just awful 😣 milkshake was watery as anything cream had all melted it tasted off ..chips and food weren’t nice at all for the price of £31 I expected it to be decent when iv been to other places in the past what haven’t been nice I don’t even bother leaving a review but this needed one .. we never even eat the food or drank the milkshakes after first bite/ sip was a waste of time and money very...

I thought I'd treat myself to a rare takeaway on a Saturday night, rang my order in at 5pm ( 10" pizza & regular fries). It all arrived at 6.15pm. On observing the delivery bag their was only my order in the bottom, so basically i took that as i was the last delivery.The chips in their little bag was flat, they were cold as was the pizza, annoyed doesn't quite cover this. On heating them up in the air fryer for 4 minutes, this didn't even improve matters, chips had zero taste and the pizza didn't taste gorgeous like pizza usually tastes.
