Wild Grill Leigh — Restaurant in Wigan

OMG! TOO TOO GOOD!!! We randomly ordered through Just Eat and OMG... The ramen broth is deep and rich, the beef..like it was born with flavouring!! What did you guys do to the cow?? 🤣 And then we tried the beef rib burger. The bone just slides off smoothly, the meat 12/10, just perfect! Better burger than Almost Famous. Really. Next, we had the Southern Fried Chicken Bao. I promise you this review is not endorsed, but omg you guys, what are you doing in Leigh?? (But PLEASE STAY) Last but not least, the fries (or chips, for u brits) made it through the delivery and still so crispy it woke up our dog! We dipped the fries into the heavenly peppercorn sauce, which i could drink like a shot!

It was seriously THE BEST dinner in bed for us!

Seen this place being built up and have been excited for it to open. The shop is lovely, so much work has been done and is now very fancy We spoke to the staff working whilst waiting for food and it is easy to see they are very passionate about their shop, very friendly, genuine people. Ordered the brisket rice bowl over 7 times since wild grill opened and everything is always perfect, you can taste the sweetness and tenderness of the brisket, the veg has a nice crunch with lots of flavour, the egg is cooked perfectly and the rice is cooked to perfection.
