Don't order from here! don't waste your money! Crap service, they dont care just want your hard earned money.I ordered online for delivery at 18:40, 19:28 food came( im 15mims away) they missed a item off my oder,rang the shop and was told NOT to eat my food because there gonna send it again and take what they gave back, 22:08 still don't have my food after ringing up about where it was, got told its on its way but didn't even show, I asked for a refund from feedmeonline, they contacted the takeaway, they then ask if i want a partial refund because I have a cold pizza that has been sat with me waiting for someone to take it back. The whole point of me ordering was coz I don't have any food with me on a 15hr shift. When I rang up about a full refund they picked up the phone 4 times and placed it on the side didn't even acknowledge the call. This takeaway messing up the order and expects you to eat what they want you to eat not what you pay for. DONT FALL FOR THE "WILL SORT YOU OUT NEXT TIME" Majority of the time you don't get what you ordered. You order wings they give frozen not even fresh goujons(frozen chicken tenders) you ask for no red salt they give you a shit load of red salt, you ask how long the food will be, they will always say on its way, you ask for a refund they will say the managers not in to authorise a refund so how can you give a partial refund??

We have used this takeaway a number of times in the past and it used to be great but had a terrible experience a while ago because of terrible food and bad customer service! Paying for items you don’t receive and the management refusing to acknowledge this! Terrible attitude by the delivery drivers at the door and horrendous delays in receiving order. We decided to give it another go today to give them the benefit of the doubt but this place has got worse!!! This isn’t a review from a bitter customer who has spent hard earned money on rubbish food and service but just an honest review. Had it been good, the review would have reflected that! I received my order that totalled £28 but the gravy that should have arrived with the meal was missing. I called the take away to request the missing item to be sent but the guy on the phone just said “ i get next time” and put phone down! I called back and requested it to be sent as i had paid for it and he said “ok, an hour” and again put phone down! Literally 2 hours later my gravy arrived with the request of the £28 payment to which I explained that this had already been paid! STAY AWAY FROM...

Horrible place to order from - workers don’t communicate and think they can do what they want!!!!!

Ordered a donner box at 7:20 for it to arrive at 8:30 to which they had my order wrong, when I phoned up and told them that they had put lettuce and everything which I didn’t want they told me “oh yeah I know, it was only a little bit” which I wasn’t happy with and they agreed to send me another out to replace it.

At 9:30 I rang back after not receiving anything and got told that something was broken and they’d send me out a totally different meal (which I didnt mind as iv not ate)

10:30 I phone back as I am still waiting for food to be told “I told the manager but he must of forgot” so I asked how much longer I will be waiting and got told that they are busy and there waiting for the driver….

3 hours and still no food is ridiculous and all they can offer me is a “sorry” maybe if they got it right in the first time rather then knowing they did wrong and sending it anyway none of this would be...
