Iâm writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your restaurant. While the meal itself was enjoyable, the overall experience was completely undermined by the disruptive behaviour of a group of children who were allowed to run freely around the premises.
Throughout our meal, we were subjected to loud shouting, screaming, and repeated use of foul language. This behaviour was not only inappropriate but deeply uncomfortable for other diners.
We raised our concerns with the lead person / manager, who apologised but stated he could do nothing as the group were âgood customersâ who visit twice a month. That response was particularly frustrating, as it implied that our comfort and experience were secondary. We too dine with you regularlyâoften quietly and respectfullyâand also order takeaways. It seems our loyalty has gone unnoticed simply because we donât cause a scene.
We understand that families dine out and children can be lively, but there is a clear difference between natural energy and unchecked disruption. A restaurant should be a space where all guests feel welcome and respected, and on this occasion, that standard was not upheld.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider how similar situations might be handled differently in future. We would like to continue supporting your business, but only if we feel our...

One of our guests has special dietary requirements so needed extra care taken around her meal, there are signs up all around the restaurant saying speak to a member of staff regarding allergens and special requirements, so we did but they didn't seem to understand or care and thought gluten was dairy and even cross contaminated her plate right in front of us! We heard 2 members of staff who were serving our food mocking our guest as they walked away which really upset me. It took us 2 hours to get our mains and it was warm at best when we finally got it, one of our guests ordered a shaslik which arrived burnt and was inedible. It seemed to be that you only got good friendly service if were a regular and the staff knew your name. This is not to mention the wobbly tables and the cigarette smoke blowing in from the open back door, not what you want to smell whilst eating. We booked here thinking this restaurant is linked to Spice Lounge in Culcheth but I think the only thing that is the same is the...
Read moreWe thought we would have a change from our normal Indian restaurant and try one local to where we live. There is plenty of parking at the rear of the restaurant. Nothing at the front. We received a nice warm welcome on entering the restaurant and was shown to a table. We ordered a Chicken Madras, Chicken Tikka Passanda, Bolied Rice, Garlic Naan, and a Peshwari Naan. To go with our food, we had a pint of Cobra and an Appletizer. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Both meals had a reasonable amount of chicken pieces in them. My Madras was fine. My partner's Passanda was delicious. Both of the Naans were very good. The service was good until I came to pay. Luckily, I checked the bill and noticed I had been charged £10.20 for two drinks. I questioned this as I went to pay. They apologised for the mistake and adjusted the bill down accordingly. It would appear someone had put the drinks from the next on our bill. I hope it was a genuine mistake. It was early evening and the restaurant...
