I'm a Pizza expert having eaten them in Venice, Rome, Naples,.... and ALL over Italy - I love pizza 😍😍😍 I ordered a ham and mushroom pizza, cheesy garlic bread and cheesecake from 'Twentymans' and,.................... it was scrumptious 😋 😛😛 I mean to say amazingly good - the dough, cheese, sauce and all the other ingredients were all TOP drawer, being high quality and perfectly sourced. I actually thought it was as good as one I recently ate in Naples which, as all true officianados will know, is the 'home' of Pizza. It honestly was better than any pizza I've eaten in England 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 😋 I chatted with the owner, Andrew, and found him to be delightful, witty company. What he's done here is quite fantastic,....... he's transported a little slice of Italy into Bradshawgate, Leigh and imo he deserves our respect and support for this. All his staff were very nice and polite too 🤩🤩🤩 The cheesecake was rich and exquisite and the perfect finish 🤑🤑🥰 The wine was delicious and the restaurant had a nice, chilled ambiance 🥳🥳🥳😎😎😎❤❤❤ I'm gonna become a...
Read moreTo clarify re remarks made in response to the post made by my husband. II categorically refute your claim that he clicked his fingers at you this is absolutely so far removed from how he treats people that it is truly laughable. The only reason he felt the need to review was your totally dismissive response to his direct feedback to you about how lovely your member of staff was, so polite and helpful. Your response was to dismiss his praise with”she’s only bringing the food out the hard work is done back there as you pointed to the kitchen clearly referencing yourself. Once again we confirm your food is amazing but I find it really sad that as a business owner and manager of people you cannot take the praise given in the manner it was meant and feel proud of your staff. Happy staff are the backbone of any successful business something you might want to consider when receiving genuine feedback. As you have threatened please feel free to post the cctv as this will vindicate what we say re the...
Read moreWe visited on a Thursday to try the lunch time deal of an 8" pizza (Margherita) and a soft or hot drink for £7.50. Our pizzas were absolutely delicious. I ordered an americano coffee with my pizza, which was very good. My partner ordered a Britvic ginger ale, which she enjoyed. To finish our lunch off, we tried four different types of Canoli (pistachio, chocolate, vanilla, lemon). We have never eaten canoli before, so we thought we would give them a try. Canoli is a pastry of tube shaped shells filled with a sweet, creamy filling. For me, they are perfect with a good cup of coffee or tea. Twentymans has a lovely relaxed atmosphere, and with very friendly service is a place well worth visiting. We both highly...
