Ordered delivery and the incorrect order turned up, extremely unhelpful on the phone wouldn't redeliver the correct order. Said they couldn't deliver it despite the fact that I've had incorrect orders from other restaurants who have redelivered an incorrect order, I even offered to give them the number they would need to call to do this which they refused. And to top it off we can't even get a full refund. AVOID. As you can see below they also claimed I was abusive to them which is not true, I was just justifiably annoyed that my order was not fulfilled. They also seem to be making a habit of messing up orders and then blaming the delivery drivers, they do not make up the orders you do. And if you can't deliver why is there a review on just eat that says "they even personally delivered 2 items the driver forgot". As for a gift voucher you are trying to fob me off with something I can only spend at your business, rather than refund the amount as you should. And if a member of staff is "distressed" by a customer making a valid complaint and asking that it be rectified then they clearly aren't up to the job. Total lack of responsibility for your disorganisation...

Very very very disappointed! My other half ordered a burger through Uber and put how he wanted it with no cheese, no sauce just burger and bun. When it arrived it not only had cheese on but it had BBQ sauce as well. When we rang up to complain they didn’t even have the good will to send us another one! Only thing we got told was to contact Uber to get a refund. Shame on you! UBER IS A DELIVERY COMPANY THEY DID NOT MESS THE ORDER UP!!! The food is great no question but the treatment of customers is disgusting! For weeks we've been in at lunch time and played darts and pool and bought pizza and drinks etc and it's been fine. However this time the owner (I presume it was the owner) was running the bar and was, frankly, an arsehole. We didn't feel like eating and so were going to order a pizza later on, but the owner, clearly being a money grabber with no concern for his customers, comes over calling us 'bad customers' saying it costs a lot to run the place and he doesn't need customers like us to visit his pub.
