Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wigan

I have the upmost respect for customer service I worked in a cafe like this for 3 years myself so I know how hard it can be but you need to at least try to do your job. I would honestly give 0 stars if possible, without a doubt the worst ive ever been to. Waited over 20 minutes for a Soya Latte (1 customer in front of me, drive through being served by someone else so no excuse) there was just no sense of urgency what so ever. My latte was made with normal milk, when I asked if he was supposed to have done it with soya...he said "oh yeah dunno probably, you'll have to wait for me to serve the other customers and I will redo it". While I was in the queue, a couple came back with two stone cold lattes supposed to be hot, someone came back with a hot chocolate made with the wrong milk and also cold. A family ate all their food, rejoined the queue to buy cakes and ate those also before they had their drinks...told the girl in the queue about the rude boy and asked if he was new she just said "No he's not unfortunately he's always like that"...2 other members of staff just sat on a table having a natter. When leaving another customer told me she waited 25minutes last week for a frappe. Honestly laughable at this point dunno how...

If you want to go there save your journey. I went there at 9:30 pm and I have never seen such rude people like them. Firstly it says that they are closing at 10 am but when I went there they were already cleaning so you cannot even walk properly in, second we went there for the new refreshers and they told us that they do not have all of the ingredients to make it. I do not even know why they are working if they do not have everything needed to make one simple drink or why they are saying that they sell it. I would never visit this place again. Let's not talk about their staff. I had to wait 3 minutes for someone to ask me what I want even though there were 3 members of the staff and they all 3 were just cleaning. I have never seen such rude behaviour towards customers and on top of that they had the nerves to ask us to walk through the back door just because they were cleaning. THEY COULDN'T EVEN MAKE US THE DRINKS WE WANTED AND THEY ASK US TO WALK THROUGH THE BACK DOOR. So in a short sentence do not waste your time going there they cannot even make a simple drink, cannot be nice to their customers and the only think they can do is to finish quicker and earlier so they can just to go home...

One is too high a score. The customer service was appalling last night, I called the coffee I required by the incorrect name as I couldn't read the board without my glasses, instead of helping me, he stood there vacant and said he didn't know what I was talking about as nothing by that name was available! I asked twice for a cookie and still he didn't acknowledge me. We had to have paper cups inside as they had no time to wash the mugs. The guy making the coffee was rushing around from drive through to coffee shop customers resulting in more poor customer service. Lots of cream squirted over the coffee only to be spoiled and squashed with a takeaway lid!! Overall a truly appalling service for a premium price. I won't recommend this place to anyone and definitely will not return myself. I will stick to what I know and go to Middlebrook, the staff there could teach Wigan Scott Lane DT a thing or two about...
