Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wigan

Well what can I say ? first visit to see what all the comotion was about, lets just say I won't be going back! The sitting area was disgusting, tables were so small and if you're over 5ft tall then you are better off eating in your car. The whole place was swarming with Uber delivery drivers with really bad personal hygiene and It was not very nice to be faced with their armpit smells for 45 minutes whilst waiting in the queue for our food. I couldn't help but notice one of the staff members making food and bagging orders up with what I can only describe as a very unkempt viking style beard! this made me uneasy and was planning a very close inspection of my food if we ever were to receive it. eventually we were handed our food after 45 minutes of waiting with about 10 other people also waiting for their order, some which had been waiting longer than us. The food !! what a let down, very small portions of what I can safely say looked nothing like what we had ordered off the menu. The fries were seasoned heavily with that red looking bottom burner salt stuff, I have come to the conclusion that the reason for all that extra seasoning was to make up for the lack of potato fries and to say sorry for having less meat in my wrap than a vegetarian sausage. The sad thing is I was really looking forward to going to this new TACO BELL in wigan thinking it would relieve my boredom of the fast food currently available in wigan, unfortunately I Won't go back after...

My recent experience at Taco Bell was profoundly disappointing. From the first bite to the last, the food left much to be desired. The main issue was the lack of flavor and freshness. The tacos, which should have been bursting with zesty flavors, tasted bland and seemed like they had been sitting out for too long. The lettuce was wilted, the cheese barely melted, and the meat lacked seasoning.

The texture of the food was equally disheartening. The once-crunchy taco shells were disappointingly soggy, a far cry from the crispy bite I had anticipated. The burrito I ordered was overly mushy, with an unappetizing mixture of rice, beans, and meat that lacked any distinct taste.

Furthermore, the service was slow, and my order was inaccurately prepared, adding to the overall frustration of the dining experience.

In summary, my recent visit to Taco Bell was marred by flavorless, poorly prepared food that did not live up to the brand's reputation. The lack of freshness and taste left me with a strong desire to seek better dining options elsewhere. This place has only just opened,so I expected a wait. went inside and placed order at 9:15 on Tuesday 10,10,23 night.Received my food at 10:20. It was so bad they even turn the machines off inside and only had drive-through. I would also say there was only about 10 orders before me three of which people had asked for their money back. Which they did without any problems. i think under the circumstances an hour wait is unacceptable. Seems like they were giving priority to the drive-through. Most of the people inside had waited an hour for the food.they were saying

When I got home, there was no lettuce on any of the items were the should’ve been. Ordered the cravings box meal the taco that came with It was just a taco shell with some mincemeat. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one was because the staff kept there cool, even though customers were getting irritated, and they were apologised for the wait time. my advice would be I know it’s new to the area .just hold on another week or two and you’ll have a much more...
