BEWARE OF DOMINO'S OFFERS!

I received a text from Domino's offering a 50% discount, but only when you order online. Guess what? Its false. I tried ordering online. Everything was listed; I clicked basket and, what a surprise, it would not allow you to add anything to your basket, so you couldn't get the discount. I tried telephoning and, you guessed it, you could only receive the offer if you ordered online.

Domino's really needs to be honest when dealing with customers because they do not like being deceived. However, because of their obvious reluctance to honour the offer, I went elsewhere, so more business lost. Keep this up Domino's and you will have no...

Awful service from start to finish. We ordered online. The app said it had beeb delivered after 55 minutes of waiting but it never arrived! I called the store many a times where they didn't pick up fir at least 5 calls. I finally got through and they said the app doesn't work and that it was ahead of time!!!!!.....a head of time is an understatement.....I waited 45 minutes after the app said it had arrived!. I have asked for a refund and the man said he couldn't refund me today but he will send it to head office for them to refund me which takes 5 to 7 days!!!! Awful service..... I'm going back to booking with deliveroo.....much...

I wouldn't even bother, ordered a pizza at 12:30, it was to be delivered AT 1pm, the tracker app said it was delivered at 1:10pm, but it hadn't, called them up, got told it was because of a load of deliveries, I don't believe that, and I'm literally less then a mile away, got told it'd be soon, after over an hour after it should of been delivered, still nothing, called again, demanded a refund, was told the pizza was delivered, no it wasn't, was told I'd be called back, had to call them again, was then told I'd finally be given a refund immediately, yet I've still received no refund.
