We chose to visit Lebanese House for a special family meal for my 40th birthday . From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and extra special treatment ๐๐ฅณ
When we received our food, no understatement โฆ..it was absolutely delicious! ๐ ๐คค Exceptional taste and high quality which is of true authentic Lebanese food. Weโve been to many in central London and we felt that this had raised the bar to the ๐
We were being looked after by Zuzana, who really went above and beyond. She made sure our daughters were entertained with colouring in and sticker books, she helped us with our food order selection and was very patient answering all our questions and she even kindly packed up any food we had left at the end of the meal for us to take away with us. We were also being looked after by Arham, who was very attentive and engaged with us as a family to make our experience extra special! This duo on our debut visit on a special occasion was marked special because of Ahram and Zuzana! โค๏ธ
Since then, we decided to return bank holiday Monday and have another meal there one month later, and once again the food and service by the whole team was superb ๐๐ผ
We met two more members of the team, Dhruv and Zahar, who were both very super friendly and helpful - could not fault the team whatsoever when it comes to service.
We salute this team and send over our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to chefs. From the Devon Family โฆ THANK YOU!

We received a phone call an hour before our booking to confirm our reservation which was fine, BUT we were then asked if we could come earlier. Then the women explained that if we didn't come earlier then we would need to leave the table in less than 1.5hrs time for the next people. She literally asked us several times when my answer was we will be arriving at the time we booked.
This made us feel rushed and made us feel not important and that we had to make way for 'important guests'. On a Saturday evening that's the last thing we wanted, we just wanted a nice relaxing and enjoyable meal but this phone call completely did the opposite. It made us feel rushed, therefore it's not relaxing or enjoyable. So we just decided to just cancel our booking as it completely killed the mood & vibe, we didn't want to pay money to a business that made us feel this way
A real shame as we were looking forward to visiting. I hope the staff take this on board and realise that it didn't make us want to come to their restaurant. They had four days to contact us, but left it very last minute to try and dictate our Saturday evening and when we should be...
ย ย ย Read moreSuperb, I'm not sure where to begin because everything was just excellent. The food was delicious and between five of us we shared several dishes on the menu, I couldn't choose a favourite.
The decor is crisp and fresh and the ambience is friendly, chatty and relaxed. The service could not have been better the Maitre D (unfortunately didn't get her name) is completely on it, she is organised, keeps an eye on every table, is quick with serving the food and absolutely charming.
I am a full-time Wheelchair user and I hadn't realised that there were too steep steps into the restaurant. I was in my power chair and could not negotiate the steps. The staff would not consider anything other than getting me into the restaurant. The guys from the kitchen helped and lifted me in my chair into the restaurant. My chair is very heavy but they were clear that they were going to do it. In the 14 years since my injury and using a wheelchair user have rarely seen such helpfulness in this country.
Thank you to everybody at the restaurant for being so helpful, so determined to make sure it all worked, and so lovely. What a great evening we had.
