Pizza Hut Winchester — Restaurant in Winchester

Pizza hut is all they say it is, last night we had a large meal deal and Cooke dough and ice cream. I phoned the order through and drove the 5 minutes to collect it, then I walked into pizza hut a nice young man was waiting to help, I asked for my order he went through to the kitchens and brought it straight back through to me. The food was piping hot and very well made all the pizza toppings were evenly spread over it with lots of hot melted cheese on top. A lovely take away to start off a friday...

Yes, the pizza is good, but the service is ridiculous. We ordered 3 pizzas, they came to us with 2, neither of which were ours. We then went through an agonising phone call and they said they would bring us the right order in 15 minutes. Half an hour later we phoned again and they said nothing was wrong with the order so we had to explain again. Finally, over an hour and a half after we originally ordered our pizza...

Terrible experience - food was 2 hours late! We phoned up several times to ask where our order was and were met with unhelpful excuses - "it'll be there in 10 minutes" "there's a lot of traffic". Food turned up cold and we weren't hungry at that point. Customer service has also been hopeless at helping us out with getting at least a partial refund for the inconvenience. Not going to...
