Amazing, attentive staff whom provide excellent service; freshly cooked tasty food with good value children’s meals; very clean facilities and pleasant surroundings.

We often visit Bella’s (Bentley Bridge) for lunch / dinner and have done so regularly over the past few years.

The main reason we return time and time again is because of the amazing, attentive staff - particularly Georgia and Lauren- who always go above and beyond for our son and ourselves.

My son has additional needs, including sensory sensitivities, so eating out can be quite stressful for him (and us!) - but Georgia and Lauren go above and beyond to ensure that our son’s needs are catered for and that we can have a relaxed, happy meal together.

Once welcomed and seated in his preferred quieter area, his favourite dishes are prepared as soon as we arrive. They are promptly served just the way he likes them and staff always take the time to check he is happy and enjoying his food, even when the restaurant is busy. Our son especially loves going over to the gelato ice-cream bar and choosing his favourite flavour ice-cream and toppings. The activities provided (e.g. colouring sheets) keep him busy and there are never any missing / poor quality crayons here!

We always enjoy our meals here too - the food is freshly cooked, adjusted to personal preferences and promptly served. The restaurant and toilets are always very clean and well-presented.

We really appreciate the time and effort Georgia has taken to get to know our son and ourselves. Georgia, Lauren and team are doing an excellent job and it would be great if their hard work could be recognised in some...

After passing my GCSE Maths, we all went to Bella Italia to celebrate. Normally I’m not the biggest fan of Bella Italia as food options are quite limited. Our greeter was a lady with vibrant pink hair, unfortunately I failed to get her name but she was very polite and got us to our tables within seconds. Upon looking at the menu I was very surprised to see new multiple food options and with me getting up to six on our table free starters and desserts I was very impressed.

The starters came out perfectly and the mains were very scrummy, I had the full rack of ribs and the portion size was perfect!

Finally we went on to the dessert and the baked Brooke was to die for! If you don’t try that you are missing out big time! Only improvement for me is to add caramel sauce and not salted caramel and who wants salt in caramel? Our server Maddie sorted it so we could have the dessert without the sauce.

We also had a 4 year old with us who isn’t great on her speech and Maddie took the time to talk to her and asking what ice cream she wanted and gave her a choice of toppings. My daughter adored Maddie and really took a shine to her.

After desserts done the big was paid and we made our way out, it was still busy at the end we unfortunately couldn’t see Maddie or the other person as they were running around like cheetahs sorting everyone else.

Year ago we were a bit underwhelmed with Bella Italia but this time they completely smashed it out of the park! Excellent service and we will be coming back...

Was quite disappointed with our meal at Bella Italia this evening.

The restaurant was quite busy and therefore we expected delays in service, however it took more than 45 minutes for a waitress to come take our dirty dinner plates away and request dessert from her. We had to eventually flag down a random member of staff that wasn’t our server.

The food was lovely as ever and our meals were delivered to our table quickly and tasted great. It was from there our time at this establishment went negative. The dessert we had tasted cheap and unsatisfying.

We were a party of 5 and all wanted to pay separate. We had to do the split mathematics ourselves and the waitress walked away whilst we worked it out. We then waited a further 20 minutes until we managed to flag her down again to pay. Another customer may have lied about the maths therefore I don’t think this is a safe way to split the bill.

Overall the staff were lovely but seemed extremely busy and neglectful of certain tables. For the price we paid, this place for us wasn’t worth it today. Our meal out turned into a 2-2 1/2 hour meal and we just wanted to leave and go home. The wait and poor service made us extremely tired from attempting to flag down staff and therefore we all had to cut our night short.
