Domino's Pizza - Wolverhampton - Blackhalve Lane — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

Really, really confused. On the counter about 6 times it says "BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE - ANY SIZE PIZZA WHEN YOU COLLECT"... on most of the windows of the store it says the same in big letters. On 30 leaflets in the shop it says the same. So I ordered a medium Margarita Pizza - with the expectation to get what the signs, the posters and the leaflets said every direction you turn. The Pizza was ready in around 15mins. I asked where my FREE PIZZA was as according to all the marketing material - and I was told "YOU DON'T get a FREE one with the £5.99 Pizza"... I was disgusted... the guy seemed he wanted to hurry off and didn't care about all the signage and posters. I was about to argue more about it and thought "**!!?? this" I need to get my daughter home. I absolutely hate it when a business has no integrity. I looked at the fine print to the leaflet I picked up. It says the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE - is valid with collection orders only... but does add on the end 'in participating stores only'. You would of thought that this store participated as all the signs, leaflets and posters boasted about BOGOF. There is nothing anywhere to say only on large Pizzas, or only when you spend more than £10... Perhaps, I am expecting too much for £5.99 - but I thought if it's on every sign, every poster and every leaflet and all over the counter you place your order over it would be true. Food tasted good. That's...

Went in to order three pizzas for myself and parents, I was going to order from the app however the staff member that was at the till had already started to put out order through (not allowing us to get the 50% off offer on the app) this immediately put me off slightly as I showed the member of staff that I was ordering from the app yet still continued to put the order through the till, but still paid for the three pizzas we wanted as the prices were still very reasonable at 7.99 per medium pizza. The menu could have been made clearer to the consumer specially if you're new to Domino's. The food itself was prepared and cooked in front of you and left the store piping hot so can't fault that. All in all, in and out in about 10 minutes. Not much of an atmosphere as there wasn't any music/TV and was left with phones glued to our hand instead all the way through the prepping and cooking process. Left with three correct pizzas which resulted in three happy customers in the end, was it worth the money? Absolutely! Will I go to domino's again? Definitely. I would also recommend this...

DO NOT ORDER - left my food on "quality check" for half an hour proceeded to tell me there was a lack of drivers and if it was any longer he would recook my food.

After another 10 minutes it was out for delivery but the driver decided to go and drop off another order first in totally the opposite direction even though I'm only a 5 minute drive way...

Food was stone cold when it arrived to I requested a refund to be told they would send out a fresh order, but I would need to return the cold food...

So they expect my 2 children to not touch any of the food that was just delivered, and us to just wait another potential hour to eat... so that they can have cold food back to probably throw it in the bin...

Disgusting service go to Papa...
