The Munch Inn Cafe — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

I brought 2 sarnies from here this morning and wat an absolute disgrace, I wudnt of given them to a dog, they looked like they had been made a week ago, I went back to complain and omg they didn’t like that at all, they said they’d never had any complaints before and that was before they even saw the state of the sarnie, the woman then looked at it and knew I was in the right, she apologised and I asked her who was the one who thought it was ok to even give me sandwiches like that and would they have given them to their family then they decided to get nasty...apparently bcus they gave me my money back and an apology that I shud leave the shop, i told them they could keep the money I wanted sandwiches me and my son could eat, I asked them to show the customers in the cafe if they thought that it was even fit for human consumption but no they must have thought I was an idiot...they haven’t got a clue about customer service and I wudnt go there again if it was the last place to eat...absolute disgrace is what I’m saying and it’s just a shame I can’t put a photo of the sarnies on here bcus I’m sure everyone wud agree with everything I’ve said...😡 hopefully I’ll get a proper apology after they read my review and the only reason I gave it 1 star is so I could right this bcus it doesn’t deserve...

Missed out the last couple of jobs at newcross hospital but not this morning! Job was quick fix so in the cafe for 9.30 ! About 12 tables and only 1 occupied...greeted by a big smile and banter! 5 mins later it was in front of us and steaming! Best breakfast I've had for ages! 6quid for a mega and tbh its a bargain these days! We both couldnt walk or talk for a hour so you know it's good! Gona bring the mrs over during the week! ....
