KFC Wolverhampton - Penn Road Retail Park — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

Newly Refurbished building.. but newly bad service! I Literally hate coming to this KFC but I cannot do no better as the next available location is Bentley bridge wednesfield which is much better!! This place every time you go through the drive thru you are waiting.. the staff are ALLL RUDE.. every time food is missing or cold or stale.. or they have ran out of items… this KFC is joke… and not to be rude but not very diverse in there… and when I asked to pay part card and cash the cashier didn’t know how to do somthign so simple and the person came to help and was like I was asking for something hard.. another occasion I came back after I paid for food items that was missing. I came inside the restaurant all the item was hot wings..I saw one of the staff pack my hot wings in front of me.. then she goes in the office on her phone.. I’m waiting quietly and patiently and finally my wings are given to me by someone else.. I told her what happened and she said or she had to take a energy personal call.. she could have passed my the small bag before she walked off… ONLY GO TO THIS KFC if….. your in no rush You like paying for missing items You don’t mind rude staff Stale chicken and burgers Go at your own...

So i’ve just experienced the worst customer service and food EVER So i went into the “restaurant”, i was ‘served’ by Carol I ordered the 9 for £5.99, a barking came do u want any sides i said no and then I asked for a receipt. I got a grumpy “humph” Whilst waiting i heard some staff arguing, the server who was supposed to be boxing up the orders who shouted out I’ve had enough I’m walking, the order taker on the drive threw started shouting my orders first, whilst an Indian guy went to talk to them, but ended up in an argument in front of all the customers. Carol then got my food and i mean this literally threw the bag at me. I was a bit stunned to say the least. The food Well if an advertisement is 9 for £5.99 then you would expect 9 pieces of chicken! Nope try 8, probably because the staff were arguing instead of serving customers The chicken was “Luke” warm to say the best and the chicken was dry as though it had been cooked several hours ago. I wish i had taken pictures but all i did was put the whole bucket where it was deserved, and that was in the main dustbin ready for collection for the dump tomorrow DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE...

I have to change my review from a year ago ... I love KFC and I love to visit here because there is the nearest KFC from my home ( I have to take bus for 10 minutes or 45 minutes work, I am student and I don't have car and I don't like to order via delivery because the delivery are charged the price ans so on). But today (21 Dec 2021) is my first visit since there have done their renovation. I am really excited and put up the high hope as a KFC lover but I am quite dissatisfied when I start order. First, the taste of food is nice as always but the chickens are quite small, I think this small pieces of chicken are thier issue around West Midlands. Second, staff are not supportive as before. Third, their system is not covered all the services such as on the mobile order, it show the table service but I have to wait my order at my table for long long time until I have to go to ask staff and then they say they don't do the table service and customer have to come to them to confirm it. So,I have to go to the counter and tell them I need my food even though I do confirm and add my table number already...SO WHAT....I am really disappointed...I give you 2 stars but I...
