Mr Singh’s — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

I would like to say the food is delicious! I used to always drive to the West Brom one and was thrilled that they were opening one up in Wolvo. The actual restaurant is beautiful. However I've been 3 times now to the wolvo one and each time has been a disaster! The staff always look and act like they dont want to be there. Every time, my order has been messed up or we have been waiting for food for ages, asked about it and they "forgot" or "something is not working" so unable to cook it. The first time it was that they bought our desserts before our main, so we asked them for our main first. Then waited forever for our main course then they forgot about the desserts. The 2nd time was a delivery. Ordered an extra large pizza and only got a large delivered (paid for an extra large too). The third time in the restaurant. Greeted by a man who looked like he hated his job, the food we ordered and paid for, 1/3 of it couldn't be cooked as the cooker was down (by this time we had been waiting for a while for the food and I had already eaten most of mine) a manager came and did say he would refund us the items that couldn't be cooked and would offer us a free dessert. Neither of which happened, and by this point we couldn't even be bothered to mention it again as the manager although very polite, actually seemed to not really care and seemed uninterested. Kept looking away from us when talking to us and spoke to us with no interest.

It's really disheartening because I love the food and never had a single issue with the West Brom one apart from the odd member of staff looking a bit unenthusiastic. I recommend the food 100% but the customer service is awful and the care of your order is poor. Plus the car park at the wolvo one is horrendous but I can't see how they would improve...

I would give these people zero stars if I could. Google please accommodate.

I had ordered a pizza and called to request jalapeños to be removed. As I was slightly late in my request the gentleman I spoke to informed me that the pizza had already been put into the oven. I apologised for my late phone call and he said they would remove them from the pizza before sending it out, so I thanked him. Once the pizza arrived it still had jalapeños on it so I called to ask why they had said they'd remove it when they didn't. The lady I spoke to was one of the rudest I have ever spoken to. She spoke with attitude and said it was my fault. When I questioned why she was speaking rudely with an arrogant tone she said I was being rude so I said I will be now. Then I said I'll come to the shop and speak to her and she said come and I said I'll see you there.

I went and asked to speak to her and she had disappeared. Lol. The lady manager was covering her up saying she had a sore throat. However, I told her exactly what I thought of the excuse and told her she can have her pizza back and left it there. There's plenty of other pizza shops in Wolverhampton. Veggie Lounge is one of the best vegetarian places in Wolverhampton. I have never had any issues there. I won't ever be buying food from Mr Singh Wolverhampton ever again. I am shocked how they cover up their useless staff. That lady should have been brought to the front to apologise. Obviously she was wrong so she got scared. But why act with attitude on the call if you can't face the music afterwards....

A bad experience we’ve had to date with yourselves.

I placed an order for delivery, which arrived cold, 1 hour later, the driver didn’t come with change.

I called to make yourselves aware of the food situation and returned your food in person.

A fresh order was made, to discover the gluten free vegan pizza, was not gluten free or vegan, it had to be made again.

The remaining order, small Pizza and 2 x fries, was left on the oven for 10/12 mins, whilst the correct pizza was being made.

The correct pizza come out but the remaining order of fries and a small pizza was no longer hot.

When explaining to both males, I’ve come for hot food, which was delivered cold. You then handed me a pizza which didn’t meet dietary requirements, leaving remaining food to go warm, I’m back to where I started.

One male, I believe he may have been In charge for this evening, was not friendly about the whole situation, I didn’t get his name.

They reheated the small pizza, which was then burnt and reheated one portion of oven baked fries, which were rock hard.

The pizza made for dietary requirements was undercooked and below its usual standards. No labels on the box to indicate pizza or dietary guidelines, our stomachs haven’t stopped churning.
