McDonald's — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

Omg! I pull up to MD to pick my hubby up a meal. I ask for in these word. A large double big mac meal with an oasis no 🧊 . She asks me to check the order on the screen. I notice it says medium and I remind her I asked for a large, she says oh that's fine. I then proceed to the payment window scan my card and roll on the the collection window.

I notice the is preparing to hand me a medium drink. I asked for a large I reminded her, you only paid for a medium, I explained the above and she proceeds to tell me I paid for a medium, I say OK but I want a large, she says that's and extra 40p, I hand her 50. On her return she hands me the 10p and and I say I can't belive you are charging me and extra 40p when I have been ... she walks off and is very dismissive, ask what she is ignoring me, that's when I become very upset with her attitude and lack of customer service, I have worked at MD in my past and there is no way in hell I would treat a customer how she did. I asked to speak to a manager, I didn't want anything free nor will I recommend or ever find myself at this establishment again. The manager was very unhelpful and slightly patronising I let her know how I felt and left.

This MD is a waist of time. Always and issue. I am done and would advise you to use penn road and or CANNOCK road who staff and managment I have spoken to and my experice with them is to be commened. I will write that review soon.

It's fine to make mistakes but how we deal with them is what will be remembered. Not even an apologie when I first explained, ot would have change ld my whole customer experience.

Visited this drive thru yesterday morning on the way to doing a Sunday morning car boot sale. Turned out to be a bad move. Entered the car park at 5.26am. I didn’t get my simple order of 2 egg and cheese muffin meals with no egg, Tropicana and white coffee and leave until 5.52am. So much for being a fast food drive through. I had a young inexperienced Asian girl with a Manager badge on at window 1 who couldn’t find my order when I got there and looked more like a nervous new trainee. From speaker to window took me 10 mins so I expected my order to be ready by the time I got to the window to pay. Moving to the next window I then was told by a young male to wait at the end window for my order as he was waiting on hash browns. When he finally came to give me my food I asked him why it took so long. He wasn’t very bothered and just replied they were busy. I requested my receipt as I wasn’t given one. This would have shown my order time and all other details. Once again went away and came back minutes later saying he couldn’t find it on the system. What a joke! The Hash browns were cold in the bag, so much for waiting on freshly fried ones. Got caught out there. By this time I just wanted to leave. Due to the delay I also ended up with a rubbish selling position at the car boot.. Thanks McDonald’s, I’m...

Ordered food today via the McDonald’s app at 3.23pm…at 3.54pm food had still not arrived. I called the branch to query this and was told to contact Uber in regards to missing order, which I did..i was told that the driver had text and called me but got no response (which is a load of bull!..I received nothing if the sort).

I was told there was nothing they can do! And to call McDonald’s tech support line..so called them..automated messages stated to call Uber as they are the vendor dealing with deliveries. So I called Uber again, was asked my contact number and name..gave them…then was asked my number and name again, i stated I had only just given them and the lady giggled and asked for them again!…was told Uber can not do anything as the driver as stated that they have contacted me but failed response!…the order was for £17.76…I wasn’t looking for any refund but just my food to be delivered.

The anger I feel about the run around I have had is ridiculous!

This isn’t the 1st time I have had issues with mcdelivery/Uber but will certainly be the last as I will never be ordering from here again and certainly not use any establishment that uses Uber as a delivery...
