Superdrug — Local services in Wolverhampton

This superdrug that I've been to just before Christmas was chaotic. I understand it being busy is stressful. But one worker on a till is definitely not enough. As well as being very slow, barcodes not scanning on every product I wanted to buy which is odd? Rare to see. Faffing about to see if my bag would go off through the door. Again, wasting time. Asking questions where the products were around the store so she could get it herself. Nice conversation but was asking for every product. Was very slow with a massive queue. Overall I was fed up. But hadn't said anything out of respect. Found out in the end she hadn't given me 2 of the products out the lot I had as gifts for Christmas, given or scanned (she was also bagging my products which again, I could of done...

I am a regular customer the mander center store always find it lovely clean easy to find things an staff are really helpful. This particular day I was served by a young lady, she was extremely helpful and helped with a couple of query’s I had. She has served me a few times before today she served me with a lovely smile as always. Nothing seems to be any trouble for her and always happy to help with what ever I ask and has given me some friendly tips on what make up to buy . I’ve been meaning to catch her name for a while but always forgot to check but today I made sure I looked at her name badge Zoe . Lovely service always polite...

Always loved superdrug. Great for anything from essentials to gifts but will now avoid this store. The pharmacy staff are so unhelpful and rude. Including the pharmacist who walked away when I was asking a question. His large female dispensing assistant also thinks she is a doctor, a pharmacist and a receptionist in one, although big enough to be all three.. she is not. The other young, blonde dispensing assistant is also rude and refused to look at my "order ready for collection" email. The shop staff were helpful and pleasant but if I need a pharmacy, I will...
