Chicago pizza & Kebab Worcester — Restaurant in Worcester

So bad that it's actually made me bother leaving a review in the first place. Used to stop here all the time on the way home from djing and it used to be OK, about as good as you would expect from a standard pizza / kebab place... But the last few times ive been I've honestly come away feeling like I've just given myself food poisoning... The food is absolutely shocking.. It honestly tastes like they've previously fished it out the bin outside, washed it all off and then just microwave it to an inch of its life (salad included)... My last order was a doner kebab, which turned out to be a 50/50 mix of bone dry crispy meat and what can only be described as sheets of mincemeat that crumbles in your fingers... Everything completely tasteless, other than the garlic mayo which tastes like pure vinegar.... Gave them the benifit of the doubt last time but after exactly the same experience last night I can safely say u will never be going...

Food is lovely, however the service absolutely shocking the worst service ive had from any takeaway ordered here a few times because me and my partner love the food twice they have forgotten items and had to bring them back after phoning them. This time around ordered though uber eats waiting an hour and 20 minutes, phoned them they told us the delivery driver couldn't find it and our food was taken back to the shop and just left there to go cold we were told we could have the cold food if we wanted clearly we didnt want cold dry food and asked if they could just make it again as it was an error on there part but refused to remake it, had to put a refund through on uber eats to get our money back. awful service...

Ok have used this placefor 12 months regular not had a problem. Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago my pizza was not what I ordered.I left it Tonight we spent approx 37 pounds we ordered 2pizza which were excellent and various burgers which the person relayed to an obvious newby. My burgers were read back to me to me to me 3 times and finally I was told that it correct. Unfortunately when they arrived all bar one was correct. Nightmare, my visitors went home. Know it was late when I spoke to ask for manager but the conversation was can I speak to your manager please. He's not hear phone tomorrow. Guess I'll try...
