Pink Garlic Pizza & Kebabs — Restaurant in Worcester

If only I could leave less than 1 star..

While visiting family we decided to order in, the menu looked good (did not get to experience) and we placed an order via deliveroo at 1940 with an ETA of 2020. I gave it until 2040 (traffic/delays etc) and rang them, and I was told at this point the food had not even been collected yet! I was told the driver was on the way and I would have my food within 25mins.. 2105 I called for an update as still no food. They must have caller ID as they did not answer my calls (7 in total) when somebody did pick up, it was a very very rude indivual who advised he didnt hvae the time to talk to me as he was very busy, and that the driver was on the way to collect my food from them in around 5 mins. This person then went on to say I should cancel when I told him the driver was due soon around 30 mins ago, he continued to argue and then passed the phone to a calmer staff member who advised my food would be WITH ME IN 5. With the false promises i decided to cancel my order at this point. Not only did we have to wait, but had to go out and collect food from elsewhere. This was very embarrasing for our family member who just wanted to provide food. Shocking...

In a year where we could all do with some goodness, Pink Garlic Pizza went that extra step to make a birthday even more enjoyable.

These guys are our favourite pizza place in Worcester. Generous toppings with the cheese on top, and not too greasy either. The chicken nuggets, kebab meat, and cheesy fries were also excellent.

Price-wise they are also one of the best options around. If you want good fast food at a more than reasonable price, you've found the place!

Wow, what an experience this was. By far the worst take away I have ever had in my life. You immediatly know something is up (when the order finally arrives after having had two helpdesk convos with deliveroo) when the large pizzas you ordered fit in boxes the size of a small one. The chicken nuggets were cold and resembled a leather jacket rather than food. Don't get me started on the fries. They felt microwaved rather than fried. What excuse even is there for this? And if there is one, I'd really like to know cause that should make for a great...
