Thai On 7evern — Restaurant in Worcester

Ive been going to this Thai for several years now. Regularly,every other month. Id just like to take this oppertunity to thank Goong and her staff for the fantastic service and above all the most amazing Thai food ive ever ate. Believe me when i say that we as a family eat out a lot. We believe in treating ourselves everyweek after a hard weeks work. My point is we do try other places as we are always travelling. We find ourselves saying: not as good as thaion7 and goong'service. My feeling on it is if im spending good hard earnt money in a restaurant i want value. I guarantee if u become familar with this place and get a chance to meet Goong- who is also the chef and front of house with her husband and daughter (weekends) u will never try another thai in a 50mile radius. I feel its my duty and honour to magnify this gem of a place. People make the establishment and compliment the service. Im a londoner born and raised and i have ate in many a establishment. I can hand on heart say if u dont try this place. U will never know what uve been missing. Ps. The seabass is out of this world. Visited with 6 friends, part of an extended birthday bash. Great food, excellent, friendly & efficient service. Every meal was a delight & they gave us 2 extra dishes to try. Food & drinks are reasonably priced. Decor creates an attractive environment, lighting is good enough to see ones food without being overly bright. Good lay out, across 2 levels, helping to make it feel intimate & not overly crowded. We went on a Monday night & there was a constant turnover of diners; although we were never hassled to leave after we'd finished our meal. Good menu selection, with a range of options to suit vegetarian & vegan diners as well as meat (chicken, pork & beef), & fish. Genuine Tai dishes, including stir fries sizzlers & curries - dishes clearly marked, & accurately rated to show of 'hot' they are. Overall excellent food offering a good selection of dishes in pleasant surroundings, with very good service....

I'd been meaning to visit Thai On 7evern for some time and just wish I had done sooner! Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff, we felt very well looked after! Love the authentic decor throughout, especially the wood-carved hangings on the walls and beneath the glass surface on each table. Each dish I ordered was extremely tasty. I had the Gai Pad Prik for my main, which, though it did contain chillies, was spicier than I expected (it was fine for me but just something to consider as it might be a little bit much for some!)
