The Piggery — Restaurant in Worthing

Recently moved to the area, the queue is always a mile long and for good reason! I had the yorkshire meal just over a week ago, and for about 8 pounds I had lunch and didn't need dinner. The pork is exquisite. The stuffing is divine. The crackling is like crack.

I planned to treat myself again today only to discover they don't open on sundays. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

My only criticism is the lack of veg. A side of cauliflower or broccoli would be good, honey mustard roasted parsnips/carrots would guarantee myself being a daily customer. But if a place is called "The Piggery" I guess veg isn't really on the cards!

Also a heads up, they don't take card but there is a cash machine...

Ah what a huge let down 😂 My Husband found out about this place as he was working in the area .So as Pork is my favourite meat he treated me today !! it was so salty the pork Scratching and the little pork I had in my roll was a joke mainly stuffing & little apple sauce!! My husband had the roast pork in the box again to much salt & very disappointed roast potatoes were bland 😂 only half eaten couldn't be botherd to drive back to complain as parking is awkward went home very disappointed...

First ever visit for me, went with a friend who has been before, and he absolutely loves it.

Got to say I whole heartedly agree with him, the Big Man roll was delicious, as were the roast potatoes.

Sat outside on the outside seating, even on a hot day I’d recommend visiting. I don’t get to Worthing very often to stop, but if I’m travelling nearby I would make a detour to here.
