We went into spats for breakfast. When arriving we wasn’t greeted and no seats available, having been in here before we knew upstairs had more seating so we asked if we could go up. Young new girl took our orders she was very polite and had excellent customer service, unfortunately this was let down by the lady with tats and one side shaved head. her attitude towards us was disgusting She clearly was stressed, didn’t want to be there and rather rude implying “they are all the same”when putting the wrong plate of food in front of me understandable if I had ordered that but twice she put the breakfast that wasn’t mine in front of me so of course I passed it over to who it should have been for, bare in mind when she said large breakfast the two lads said me please and she still placed them over the table in front of me and then made that comment when I passed them to the people who actually ordered the breakfast. A week later I saw the notice on the door about closing. Clearly she thought at the time we are closing anyway so why care for the customer service! Both of us had the half breakfast, which is by no means a small amount. We had our plates loaded up with all the usual items and a piece of the optional black pudding.
