Fabulous local site for walks and events! We have attended many events and featured days here with the children over the years, it's always a pleasure to support the events and local businesses and enjoy the beautiful setting beside the canal. I've given this 5 stars because it's just a park there is nothing there apart from a fenced off boat which is seating if you know what I mean.but plenty of benches to sit on lots of grass if you can't.We go there now and then sit on a bench seat and eat a bag of chips and sometimes feed the ducks with a bag of seed.If that's what your into then this is a quiet place to do it depending on what time your over...
