Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wychavon

Absolutely dreadful experience at this Starbucks! 3 times I have visited with my partner but today was especially bad! We ordered two Frappuccinos (salted caramel and strawberry & cream) my one was just Slush! After 5 minutes! It also just tasted like water (due to the amount of ice they put in) for £4.30 I expect better instead I just got something that wasn't even editable! My partners strawberry and cream Frappuccino was just cream and a hint of strawberry. There was also blatant Coffee in it which we did not ask for and you could taste it! This being said my partner is allergic to Coffee and could of seriously had an allergic reaction. Do not go here for your sake! We also have evidence of one of the frappe just being ice and will be taking it further unless we get something back off Starbucks that is worth the amount we spent! You are best going to McDonald's as you get more for your money and...

I am a frequent visitor to Starbucks, not this one in particular but other Starbucks. I have an allergy to nuts. I usually receive a warm and friendly welcome and I am made to feel safe. This experience I had today, was awful. I made the staff aware of my allergies and they made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel as though I was a pain. Sarah made it clear to me that she would make no extra effort to clean the machine or do anything differently to try and keep me safe. I understand, wherever I eat with an allergy I am taking a risk, and I know about the cross contamination risk that I am taking! However, Sarah made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe, me and my family left Starbucks feeling very disappointed. Came here a few times and always had a pleasant experience. Coffee was great and the staff were lovely. The last two visits have been awful. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a flat white, they were both practically cold and the cup was mainly froth. Today we visited again, thinking it might be better. It's worse. Both coffees tasted very watery and bitter so we told the staff. No apology, just blank looks. Then said the machine was fine but made new ones. Tasted just as bad so ended up asking for a refund and they gave us vouchers. Recently went to the Starbucks in Worcester, near the elgar statue. It was one of the best coffees I've had from Starbucks. Think I'll stick to going there! Will not be returning here! Hopefully you will read this and not waste your time...
