Food was less than subpar one of our dishes had undercooked chicken

Was also told it would be a hour for delivery I called 25 mins after the hour to chase up the order to be told it will be 1 min away ( that was a lie ) my house is 10 min walk from the place and they can’t even be on time I do not...

Don’t get me wrong food is lovely from here. But the let down is when you call to order. If the order is over £40 they charge your card twice 50p per transaction due to them not wanting to take card payments over £40 per transaction. I find this wrong and it’s...
