Medo's Family Style Restaurant — Restaurant in Abbotsford

Not going to lie I have had good experiences there I really have, but tonight was not ok in any way... The food was okay, but the waitress was unbelievable. She was slightly rude when she spoke, not very friendly. I hope this girl learns her people skills. She greeted us when she walked in which yes that's good, but then it all went down hill from there... She didn't put ice in my drink for who knows why... She spilled sauce all over the table when she was setting a plate down then just left it there. You expect a waitress to check up on you to see how everything was, she didn't ask once. She rolled her eyes when her boss told her to go cash out someone at the register. Then when she gave us the check she didn't even put the total on there like she expected us to do it ourselves. When we brought it up to the counter she looked at it and rolled her eyes, she quickly turned around then totalled it herself like she should've in the first place. I honestly wish I would've chose a different restaurant tonight because of this waitress... No tip for her if she's going to...

By far the worst service I have had in a very long time. Not once were we greeted with a smile. We sat at our table for close to 15 minutes before anyone even approached us for service. Our appetizer came out after our food did and was cold and soggy. I ordered a hamburger the bottom part of my bun was soggy from sitting in pickle juice. The top of my bun was dried out. All the fried food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. My daughter's chicken strip was soggy on one side so the chicken must have been stuck together in the fryer. An not one time did our server even offer to refill our drinks. I can understand semi bad service if a place was busy. But when your servers only have a table of one and a table of four. I mean come on. When you serve mediocre instant food at least train your staff to make customers...

Very joyful people and romantic interior design. The employees treat customers as family. Our waitress guarenteed we wouldn't leave the restaurant hungry and unsatisfied and she was absolutely correct. They offer a very large variety of side with your meal. It was almost getting two appetizers with your meal at a reasonable and low price. My family of five, including myself, finished our meals and our bill was below 40$ for all of us. This is a great place to stop after a 6 hour drive, as the resturants cooking time is 15 to 25 minutes. Service and staff made us feel comfortable and gave us tips on the best meals on the...
