Miss Saigon is a real gem in Harford County! I lived in SoCal for almost 20 years and admit that I became spoiled with all of the incredible Vietnamese restaurants in the area. After moving back to Northern Maryland, it was hard to find a bowl of good phở. I was driving to Philadelphia, Wilmington, or DC to get my phở fix. Miss Saigon Phở & Boba in Aberdeen has become a favorite spot for me. I most often get the brisket phở (phở bò chín) and sometimes alternate with the meatball version (phở bò viên). The stock is light & flavorful and always served steaming hot. I think it’s delicious – one of the best bowls of phở that I’ve had on the East Coast (and I don't say that lightly). I really enjoy their bún bò huế. It's a spicy beef noodle soup. When I order it, they always ask, "It's spicy. Do you like spicy?" I do and, yes, this has a kick to it. The egg rolls are great. You can tell that they're wrapped in house and freshly made. They serve them with a sweet chili sauce but will give you sweet fish sauce (nước chấm) if you request it. Everything on the menu has been good. I like both the gilled lemongrass pork AND the pork chops. I've found that when I order a Thai tea with boba, the boba is cooked properly. The place is always clean. The tables aren't crowded together. The young ladies who work in the front are very pleasant and I'm there often enough that they greet me by name. This is not a fast-food joint; the dishes are prepared to order so go to enjoy a relaxed meal. Looks like they do lots of carry-out orders too.

My overall review 3/5. My white friend 2.5/5 and my husband 6/10. Had pork egg rolls for starters 5/5. Delicious. Crispy. Hot. Flavorful. Friend had shrimp spring rolls 3.5/5. I had a bite they were ehh. 2/5. Peanut sauce could be better too. Pho. We got P2 - with Brisket. 3/5. It was okay, but not as good as other places we’ve tried. But if it’s your first time having Pho it’s probably pretty good. Broth is sweet, has cilantro and they bring out bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeños on the side. I wish the flavor was a little richer. I felt the meat was a little dry. My friend had P8 - brisket, steak, & tripe. He said the meat was okay. 2/5. Had Korean hot dogs (I am a huge Ssong’s hot dog fan stan btw). I ordered the original combo and the crispy ramen noodle combo. I love the outside of the crispy ramen noodle crunch and the cheese is delicious. If I JUST had a mozzarella dog, I would give it a 5/5. I personally, disliked the flavor of the actual meat dog part. I like to eat Vienna sausages and Franks hot dogs. And this dog inside was just not it. Threw off the happy part I was feeling when I was eating the cheese part of the dog. Just cheese hot dog 5/5 Combo hot dog - 2/5 My husband on the hot dog - 2/5 My Friend 3/5 I had a Thai Milk Tea 3/5 could use more evaporated milk cause it was a bit strong but I know each individual makes it differently.

Came in on July 31st. We got there at 6:45 sat down after one of the kid told me to take any table when I got up to the counter for eating in since nobody greeted at the front of the door.

Waited till 7:02 n went to the counter to order our dinner since I thought nobody will be coming to the table to take our order. I paid a $5 tip ahead of time thinking you will get good service. Then sat back down there till 7:33 and went back up to the counter cause this couple who came in 20 minutes after me got there food 1st. Only due to him lying to the kids saying he has been waiting and everyone who came in after them got their food 1st which that was a lie smh.

I was highly upset at this point and went back up to the counter. Showing them my receipt informing them it's been 30 minutes since I paid for our meal and we just been waiting for our food. Within minutes our food came out.

I ordered grilled lemon grass chicken n it was tiny portion. Took 6 bites and no more meat left but only rice. Chicken was very dried up but had good flavor. All that time of waiting and result of the food was very dissapointing. My son got large pho. He liked it. But large pho was more like small portion he said since he was also done with his within few minutes.

They rang out of corndogs so couldn't get that either. Will probably return once they get situated and trained properly. But most definitely not anytime soon that...

It was my first time visiting Miss Saigon Pho & Boba. I ordered Pho (with Brisket), eggrolls, and Korean corndog. I was AMAZED with all of them.

Pho broth was clear by slow cooked, I could taste the sweetness of the beef bones not by sugar nor MSG. The eggrolls was to go for, it reminds me of home quality eggroll as I am a Vietnamese.

Next is the Korean corndog, my head I thought it would be a normal corn dog like frozen type. Well, little did I know, this place whipping fresh batches of cornmeal everyday to make the corndog to serve. It was AMAZING - I LOVE IT!!! I can't tell you enough with word but you need to try it yourself.

I also ordered to bring home the Spicy Beef Noodle (Bun Bo Hue), BBQ pork with vermicelli, and Shrimp Summer Rolls. The BBQ pork was 'phenomenal' just how the words have gone around town.

They are very generous with the portion yet with quality. I love every dish that I ordered dined in and carried out (well packed).

The service was very fast and friendly. The atmosphere was homie style and clean which is a relief for me since I lean toward to the clean freak. (LOL)

I give 5 stars (Food, Service, and Atmosphere). This place would be an ideal place to go to for Vietnamese cuisine - I highly recommend it.

I was told they are working on to expanding their menu. I hope you will find satisfaction at this...
