We get chicken every few months… I come to this KfC there is a problem. Always have to pull up and wait extra time and for them to bring the food out to curb( even when I’m the only car) I’ve had to go back quite a few times to get things that have been missing from my order… also they don’t give you a receipt. I’ve tried giving them chance after chance and I’ve been nice about it everytime, ( until tonight). Tried checking my order in my car but they pack everything so tight into bags you can’t see everything! I’m tired of wasting money here just to go back and then by the time I get home to actually eat with my family the rest of the food is cold! I’ve also had to go back because of them giving me old chicken. Done with KFC I wish there was a Popeyes closer to me. ( this review is 2 years old)
Updated review. 2/28/25- I wanted to grab something quick for dinner for my family after work because I had to go to an event for my son and his school and didn’t have much time. I pull up to the drive through (1 other car) it was 6:50pm. I asked for the 16 piece family meal, ( I also had family over to go to the event). Worker: “let me see what we have” Me: “ok” worker:(comes back a minute later) “it’s gonna be a few minutes on the chicken” Me: “ok- how long is a few minutes” worker: ignorantly replied “A FEW MIN! , 3-4 MIN” me: I stayed polite ” ok” ( continued to complete my order). I pulled up paid and was told to park. Cool. Brought out my order within. 6 minutes. Awesome! Drove home (7 min drive), started to unpack the dinner to make plates. Only to discover, they messed up my order AGAIN. 16 piece comes with 4 of each piece, they had given me 4 breasts, 4 wings and 6 legs.( they also shorted me 2 pieces of chicken). The chicken wasn’t even fresh and some was soaked in grease. Maybe they mixed it with old and new. I packed up my family and drove back to get my money back I didn’t want my order remade, I’m tired of giving them chance after chance. I was very polite ,explained everything to one the managers (same ignorant one from drive through) she literally turned around and walked away after saying we don’t issue refunds and got some one else, I explained everything to this manager , she was very ignorant and as she was walking away said that’s up to this person and pointed to another manager. The last manager was polite and respectful and said she would have to call her boss and ask about the refund. This manger was at the register refunding my money within 5 minutes. I’m not even sure if the other 2 workers were managers, none of them had name tags, and their shirts were different. I ordered 4 extra biscuits, an extra side of mashed potatoes and an unsweet tea. I placed the order online at 6:42 pm to be ready at 8:15 when my husband got off work. He went to pick it up. It wasn't ready. He didn't leave their until almost 8:45 pm. The order was wrong so he had to go back to the drive thru numerous times (inside wasn't open). Then he was told they didn't have enough chicken so we got 6 pieces of chicken and some chicken tenders. The sides were all small except for the mac & cheese and fries. Below are pictures of the mashed potatoes that I paid $4.19 for (we got two small containers of those) which was supposed to a large and the same size of cole slaw that was also supposed to be a large. I called and talked to the manager, Ryan, who tried to argue with me that I ordered smalls. It says right on my receipt that I order the 12 piece deal which is 3 LARGE sides. After going back and forth with him he said he would personally remake the order correctly for my husband to pick up today. My husband goes to pick it up and is told he is only replacing the chicken because I ordered smalls. Again, THEIR menu clearly states it is 3 larges with that deal. We thought we were doing a good thing supporting a local "restaurant". Read morePlaced an online order at 3:30pm for a 4:30pm pick up, total of $116.00. Arrived at 4:37pm, order was not ready (even thou the app said it was ready). Due to picking up/dropping off 3 people I didn't get home until 5:50pm, only to find out my order was messed up. I called the store about the missing items (12 altogether). Had to drive back to pick up the missing stuff and finally got back to eat at 6:45pm. Besides the above I'm sick and tired of food places packing my food wrong. DO NOT place the brownie in the bottom of the bag then place the 2 mashed potatoes & 2 Mac n cheese with the coleslaw on top of it. Cold coleslaw was between to hot items, so it's in the refrigerator now. DO NOT cram 16 Tenders into one box. DO NOT cram 16 biscuits into one box. I used to work fast food and I used to think to myself is this how I would want my families food to be packed? If the answer was no, then I would pack according to how I would like my food to be prepared. Oh, I only got an "I'm sorry" in regards to the missing items I had to go back and pick up because they missed them. Oh, and I didn't like the looks I was getting from the staff for complaining about the mess up on their end.
