Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Aberdeen

Just received my order for delivery from this location. I ordered a smoothie and a flatbread with chips and I only received my flatbread and not the way I ordered it. I called this location and spoke to someone who informed me that I may receive a refund sometime this week because they don't have a manager to process refunds. I may or may not receive a phone call verifying that my refund was processed, the employee didn't know. So now I am out my lunch and my drink and my money. BEWARE!!! I Ordered at the register with no line, waited 15 minutes while they made online orders - they had to taste of them (poured from blender cup into clean cups) they tasted them to try to determine which drink was which- they made my drink (finally) than had another order for the same drink pip up on the screen so she sl added extra ice to make it stretch which REALLY WATERED IT DOWN!!
