Arby's — Restaurant in Abilene

Even for someone who has loved and faithfully voted Arby's as being my favorite restaurant my entire life this takes the cake. Tonight i ordered a little more than usual deciding it was good and time to spoil my hubby and i (especially considering my hubby rode a bike from where we stay to pick up the food because our car is broke down). When he got back we discovered our order was very incorrect. I called up to the restaurant to place a complaint and the manager hung up on me and refuses to answer the phone again when i made the attempt to call back. I am beyond disappointed with this man's behavior. You would think out of the small percent of america that is still working through this pandemic those employees would be a little more appreciative of their jobs and treat their customers decently. Arby’s is a American classic Fast food restaurant featuring their famous Roast Beef and signature curly fries. They have always been comparatively on the more pricy fast food places, but their portions and quality have always gave good reason for the price difference. However as of late this location (because I don’t know if it’s the whole chain) has gone up more on price like everyone else has, but their portion sizes have gone down. Far less beef on sandwiches and the curly fries are almost flavorless “sometimes.” They for keep a clean restaurant and the workers are generally friendly and helpful! The employees and mgmt treated me horribly today in the drive thru from ordering on to paying.I asked for a bigger bag to put the 4 bags in, I was alone in the car, heaven forbid you ask for a bigger bag! They acted like I asked them for free food. They slammed the window, talked bad about me loudly to each other, then did manage to get the food into bags with handles for me after all, smh. It was all so uncalled for. I wish I knew who to talk to since it was a manager acting that way with her employees. She did,nt even take accountability, she just let the employee take the heat.
