I couldn’t get through over the phone. I figured bc they were SO busy, I ordered AND paid online. I arrived to a dead restaurant. The food was ready, the employee still adding ketchup, napkins, etc was slow as molasses! I offered to pour my own drinks and got no response, just “the look”. Luckily she had already poured them but NO ice. I get home, mom’s burger was saturated in mayonnaise, the sparse vegetables were piled in the middle of the DOUBLE MEAT burger (I ordered a single). It literally fell apart in her hands. My chicken sandwich was dry and only 1/2 wrapped. I ordered cheese, Buffalo sauce and ranch! The fries were stale, cold, and unsalted. Usually we would have been unhappy but eaten and gone about our business. Not today! Mom hadn’t eaten in 2 days! I drove her back in pj’s and dark sunglasses, lol. Management offered the same meal free within 7 days and apologized profusely without throwing any of her employees under the bus. 1 star bc of management, also 1 star bc of management. She was too busy when I arrived and too busy when I left. The employee barely said 2 words to me. Management standing beside her didn’t notice. Read moreI took my granddaughter to eat there on the 4th of July, of course y'all were super busy but was giving it your all to be fast friendly and deliver orders in a timely manner. I have no complaints to our service and the only reason our food was cold was because y'all were busy with drive through and online orders while trying to keep your dining customers safe from injury to leaks in the roof. I understand roof's are costly to replace but it's alot less than the cost of a lawsuit due to an injured customer from a fall. You had out your signs and mop bucket trying to keep the water off the floor and was trying to be fast with the mop when the floor became wet and I applaud your efforts. I was told y'all are supposed to be getting a new building next year but to be honest and fair with all the rain we've gotten and are to get more of I'm afraid you won't make it to next year for the new building. It would be faster and safer to just replace the whole roof before someone gets injured. Keep up your hard work, it is noticed and appreciated. Read moreCame to dine in with nobody in drive thru nor inside, placed order and had a seat. Friend I was with received his order about 10 minutes in and we continued to wait. 10 more minutes pass and manager comes asking if i still haven’t received food, we said no and he grabbed our receipts and took to kitchen. 15 more minutes pass by as we see multiple employees in the back of kitchen on their phones or just standing there talking and still no food. Finally after 35 plus minutes we get my order just for it to be wrong. Asked the worker if it could be remade properly and he told me it would be another 15-20 to remake which I simply just asked for a refund at that point (which he couldn’t do, but gave me a paper with his name saying free sandwich next visit) asked to add a French fry for my wife and literally waited another 15 minutes before I asked how much longer on my fry just for the employee to give me the fries that was under the lamp the last 15 minutes I had been waiting. Employees were nowhere to be found and only 1 girl in the kitchen was actually working and manager just kept coming in and out...
