Taco Bell — Restaurant in Abilene

IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!!! THE DRIVE THRU WASNT EVEN LONG, MAYBE 3 CARS AND WE WAITED 15 MINS FOR OUR FOOD AND 5 AT THE WINDOW AND WERE MISSING A TACO, SO I CALLED AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME WITHOUT A RECEIPT THAT I DIDNT HAVE BECAUSE WE THREW IT OUT, HE COULD NOT REPLACE ANYTHING THAT WAS MISSING FROM AN ORDER, AND MOST OF THE REST OF OUR FOOD WAS COMPLETELY COLD....AFTER SITTING AT THE WINDOW FOR OVER 5 MINS AND IMMEDIATELY PULLING FOOD OUT AND IT WAS COLD AND OLD. THE CINNABON DELIGHTS WERE SO SOOGY WITH OLD COLD GREASE THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY GROSS. AND EVEN AFTER TELLING THE MANAGER THE CHICK WITH THE PINK HAIR WAS WORKING THE DRIVE THRU HE STILL WOULDNT EVEN REPLACE THE FOOD THAT I PAID FOR AND DIDNT GET JUST BECAUSEI DODNT HAVE A RECEIPT!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ITS ALL A JOKE, THAT TACO BELL HAS BEEN FOR A LONG TIME. I HAVE GOTTEN SOOOO MUCH MESSED UP FOOD FROM THEIR AND LET IT GO WAYYYYY TOOO LONG. THE TACO BELL ON S 1ST IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HAD CONSISTENTLY OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN THEY MESSUP ON ORDERS OR LEAVE STUFF OUT OF THE BAG. AND MANAGERS ARE A JOKE TOO...CANT EVEN HAVE ANY MANAGERS TO ACTUALLY MANAGE....ITS A STORE FULL OF KIDS!!!! BEYOND DONE WITH TACO BELL ON S 1ST. AND I WENT HERE ALL THE TIME!!! NO LONGER WILL THEY STEAL MY MONEY AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THEY GOT OVER ON ME BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A RECEIPT BUT OFFERED TO BRING THE FOOD BACK. HE STILL INSISTED PER THEIR POLICY BUT WOULDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO LOOKUP THE RECEIPT IN HIS SYSTEM WHICH I KNOW CAN BE DONE. CANT EVEN GETS TACOS...

My husband went to get dinner after working, he put a order in and I had put one in for him to pick up for me and the kids, they took a hour to get them ready and numerous times he stood up there at the counter trying to talk to them, anyone that worked there, and they totally ignored him, they looked at him numerous times but just ignored him. Not only was the customer service extremely disrespectful, two of the burritos was wrong, they didn't add any mild sauces to my bag which I asked for 15 because it was a large order, and my cheesy gordita crunch had literally maybe a pinch of cheese on it, there was barely anything in it, my husband said they weren't even that busy and there was like 6 or 7 people back there l, no excuse for the disrespect and our order being messed up as well, we love taco bell and spend a lot of money there,but man they make a person never want to eat there...

Was gonna sit and enjoy my food for my lunch break and then order another meal to go for my wife so that I can bring it to her at work.... that didn't happen. Ordered my food, somehow got skipped, 20 min later after saying something and waiting patiently I get my food, asked for it to go instead of staying, went ahead and ordered for my wife, told the manager "hey, I just ordered again so you're gonna see my name again on the screen", thinking that would help... nope... got skipped AGAIN with me standing there at the counter the whole time. After another 10-15 min, I finally get my 2nd order. Whole lunch break gone and now I'm stuck eating cold food from my first order... at work....
