Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Abilene

This is a good location but now seems to have some issues. We just purchased a dozen (13) bagels and two tubs of cream cheese. There was a very limited number of bagels and no plain bagels at all. We had to substitute and took an array of different flavors. The cream cheese counter contained very few containers of cream cheese and we had to sort through the plain cream cheese to find two containers with reasonable expiration dates. We noticed a new sign on the window, Monday's bagels are $6 a dozen. That is a great buy and I just wonder if that is not reflective of a competitor's price and the need for new business.
