6/22 Buffalo Gap location. Love the ice cream but too many attitudes from the female employees (no one has a name tag on). Girl at the register with blonde and black hair wasnt the least bit welcoming and seemed VERY out of it.. as though she was on something. She argued with another employee at the register when she had trouble putting the order in. Short, petite red haired girl with blonde highlights, and an airpod in looked very angry. She looked over from rolling ice cream when when we ordered and gave the nastiest look because we customized ONE ingredient! Watched her shoot looks to just about everyone in the place while we waited usually behind their back. When I noticed her I said "this is what I always order" so she knew I saw her ugly expression and then she changed her tune a bit. I dont know if they were upset because they were behind or what but customer service is usually lacking at Roll Shack. Three times now we've been in and its the same. Read moreI came in for the first time to place an order to go. I had ordered the Walle and 2 other ice-creams to go. The man behind the counter told me there was a Walle already made if I wanted that one. I told him that would be fine to make it easier on those working. 20 minutes goes by and my other two ice-creams were now ready. When I asked him which one the Walle was, he said it wasn't in there and only replied "thats weird" when he believed it to be in there. It was a mistake and I can overlook that. But I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because he placed my order at the back of the line after he messed up. This guy needs to be retrained at the very minimum to ensure you don't lose more business. When I started to leave I asked if there was a bag since the outsides of the containers were very messy and I did not want that in my car. I was told there were not any bags to carry the ice creams in. I would also invest in something to hand to your customers so they aren't getting messes in their cars to clean up as I did...

Edited to add: Contacted Allen the manager in charge as requested and have had the situation handled that happened last night. It was a clear miscommunication with Staffing and was made aware that the hours are changing and it should have been posted but was not yet. Now we know and the customer service is amazing by the people here. The things a few simple words in a conversation can change a whole outlook on the things...
