Burger King — Restaurant in Abilene

I went to grab a quick bite to eat while on a short break from work. They got my order right for once but the lady working the driver thru window didn't seem very enthusiastic about her job. She may have been having a bad day, which I can understand that cause we all have had them so I'll stall her out. Still the drive-thru was slow and the lunch rush hadn't even kicked in yet. There were two vehicles in front of me and one behind me. We each had to wait b4 we were greeted and our order taken. Back when I was working for BK, we had to be on top of our job. Bad day or not. We couldn't let that affect our service and because of that we stayed on point. I hope the service at this store gets better soon and truly hope that lady has a better day. Btw, the BK I used to work at was on Antilley Rd. We had the best service out of all the locations in Abilene. I believe we were #1 out of all four locations (back then there was a BK on N. Judge Ely and they were the worst...that's where I started b4 I transfered.) N. 1st has always been...not gr8. They did become a little better but after the Judge Ely store shut down, they became the worst. Idk...maybe it just the people they get to run (manage) it and work there. Either way this store really needs some help. Too bad I don't work fast food...

Went inside to dine was about 4 customers total inside Waited 20 minutes on my order which is two hamburgers two Fry's went to the order spot the cashier steady helping drive-thru taking more orders and bypassing my burgers with my order number on them this went on for about 10 min finally I said can I have my food Employess were eating fries by the deep fryer the manager and the deep fry cook Then to top it off there was bad lettuce on my hamburger Of course naturally our burgers we're cold from sitting there so long And who do you complain too because the manager was the one running the front taking the orders and making sure the orders for the customers inside we're gotten to those customers Wich was not being done I give the manager credit he was good at taking orders but it was not good at getting the orders out to people in the restraunt I say it was the manager It could have been an assistant manager all I know is he had on a black manager shirt I want a refund So there's my...

shockingly my burger wasn't bad . i knew my fries would be great as i ordered with no salt . there are so many things wrong in this restaurant other than long waites and wrong food . this restaurant is ran by the employee and you can tell right away so . every single employee is out of uniform which is a basic in every quick service establishment. there is 0 atmosphere here this place is quiet with 8 people behind the counter . they look miserable being at work . no leadership what so ever . so many health violations starting with employees touching face, hair, phones, aprons and never washing their hands. The person making the food is sweeping between making orders and switching gloves but not once washed his hands. bathrooms dirty floors sticky TV not working , ketchup pump out of service . i had my mind set on unsweet tea but noticed it was expired since 2 pm and I placed my order at 5 pm . thinking about calling the health department I am sure they would have a field...
