Abington Pizza & Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Abington Township

We have been ordering here for 4 years and have noticed the quality of service has gone downhill over the years. Our past 4 orders have been messed up. 1 time they tried charging me more than my slice order total. By 5 dollars, not some change. I had to pull up my slice order on my phone to prove it. Second time they tried charging me in addition to it being paid for through slice. Had I sent my bf to pick it up, he wouldn't have know better and would have paid it. 3rd time we had delivered...order completely messed up and had to wait for delivery guy to make his rounds to get it corrected. Now this time only got a 3/4th of the order. I ordered it, bf picked it up. When he got home item was missing. I called them. the counter girl told me that since we picked up the order, they would not delivery the missing item. We are not even a quarter mile away. But we weren't going back into blizzard because of a mistake they made. Now I have to go to the app to call and get a refund on missing item. I explained that this was the 4th time our order had been messed up. Counter girl could give two $#its. Asked to speak to manager, he wasn't around. She said she would credit me for next time. But there won't be a next time. I'm hungry now. Looks like we are going to be looking elsewhere for...

I have been going to Abington Pizza for a while and around 2 years ago a new face. When I would call the young lady’s phone skills were great. When I would call ir go into pick my order up she made me feel special. Watching her she treated everyone the same way. Her name is Sue/ Susan from talking to her I learned she was the manager. No matter what you asked her for was never to much. I have not seen her there the past couple if months. I asked the girl that waited on me if she knew Sue/Susan she said no! The people who work at Abington Pizza should have learned some skills from her. Abington Pizza lost a great person I hope to run into her again. It’s really funny that I see the so called owner or manager picks and chooses what reviews he or she will comment on! I was in the other day and was wondering what the freezer is doing behind the counter I was told main freezer is broken!...

I recently had a concerning experience with their delivery driver, which has completely soured my opinion of this establishment. Yesterday, the driver sped through a stop sign near their pizza place, putting my family -including my wife and toddlers- in serious danger. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a bad accident. I reported the incident to the police and addressed it directly with the owners and driver. While I understand mistakes happen, this level of recklessness is unacceptable. Combined with their mediocre food, they’ve lost my business for good. Much better...
