Yummi Yummi Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Abington Township

The food is just ok here… pretty much your standard American Chinese food that is on the bland side. I have really tried to like this place but it just isn’t in the cards for me. The first time i ordered from here i ordered online and was charged extra for the privilege of doing so. I didnt realize this at the time or I would have called in or walked out of the laundry and just walked in to order. Even though I ordered ahead i still had to wait about 15 min for my order. The second time i ordered from here i was smarter and walked over to order. The Second order i was smarter and walked right over to place my order. Cane back in the 20 minutes i was told to and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. I get home with my order and realize they forgot my 4$ spring-rolls and by this time i am 15 min away and they closed at 10 pm . The 3rd and last time i ordered was actually my sons order. Once again we are at the laundromat and i told him he should just walk over and save a few bucks which he does. He tells me he placed his order with no problems but the person taking his order and cooking it were the same person and no English was spoken so when he said asked fir kung pow chicken light on the peanuts the guy must have thought he said more peanuts and then more peanuts because while he didn’t have long to wait he also didnt get kung pow chicken! What he did get was a bland version of kung pow peanuts with a smidgen of chicken. So to make a long story longer, i will not be choosing this establishment again the next time i am in. I've ordered from here in the past and was very happy. However, I ordered online at 3:30 today and there were problems. First... an hour until I got my food. I ordered a combination and a cheeses steak roll and I'm less then 5 minutes from the restaurant. If I wasn't working, I could have walked there and back in less time then the delivery. Then, excited for the Cheese steak roll, I rip it in half to have onions (90%) fall out. I could only find the "steak" by moving the onions and its ground beef, not cheese steak meat! Called the restaurant and the woman that answered had nothing to say about the hour delivery and for the "cheese steak roll" states she's buys them, doesn't make them... as if that's an acceptable excuse(I didn't believe her). This place sucks! I ordered online for pickup at a specific time. I get there at that time however everyone is getting their order before me. I finally get my order and the order number doesn’t match mine. I say this isn’t mine. They insist it is so I just take it. When I get in the car taste the food and realize they gave me brown rice instead of fried rice. So I go back in there and the lady argues with me that it’s fried rice. I tasted it and it’s plain brown rice! It also has no soy taste or onions. Nothing that could convince me it’s fried rice. I ended up just asking for a refund.
