One of my favorite Dunks in the area. Usually gets order correct, and the Cold Brew isn't ever watered down to where I have to take the coffee, and then just go to another Dunks with it and have THEM replace it... Which I have had to do with other dunks at the advice of the employees... The inside is always clean, the employees very friendly and always do what they are supposed to (greet, up sell, etc..). I was a long time Mystery Shopper exclusively for (MANY) Dunkin Donuts in MA, & RI, lol, & I still look for certain things when I'm there! This location would have passed every time! The only thing I deducted a star for, and almost EVERY location does this, & that is how they JAM PACK the cup with ice when ordering a Cold Brew. It's BREWED COLD, there is No need to fill the cup with ice! It's very very annoying to be handed a cup of coffee ice, that will soon be coffee water. It's even more annoying when you know you're paying MORE for cold brew, only to have less in the cup and it ends up being a regular brew by the time you get to work bc the ice has watered it right back to regularly brewed ice coffee. I KNOW I can ask for "less ice" but then I'll get it with 5 ice cubes, which then melts to No ice and it's starting to get warm in an hour. Like, come on... You can't find a way to mark the cups w an "Ice" line so it's a good balance between JAMMED with ICE, or NO ICE?! And, if I get the ice on the side, I have to pay even more!! How is that fair when you guys can't get the ice level right... You're the coffee experts, please fix this issue, because I know from complaining about it, or from when I share pics on FB that I'm not the only one that has this issue. Read moreI live in the town and would prefer to give this location my business as I would go daily and sometimes more than once daily. I no longer use this location because they never seem to get my coffee right and it’s always burnt and bitter tasting. I ask for extra light and the coffee is always really dark. During the pandemic I have gone into the location and have waited almost 10 minutes just to be acknowledged never mind take my order. I hope someone reads this and makes some changes as I would love to be able to use this location. Unfortunately I have given this location multiple tries. Wish there was a way to contact the owner directly so she can be made aware, as this is going to hurt...
