Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Ada

I stopped in, got some sweet tea, a salad & a bag of cheeseburgers to go. Somehow a chili cheese fry was added to my order. Megan was not happy that she had to be interrupted w giving me a refund. The Cashier who took my orders seemed new So I let it slide that he was incredibly rude, Didn't make eye contact, Asked me "what do you want" When it was time to take my order And didn't give me a total, but had me put my card in the machine. Never offer a thank you or anything, Just handed me my number and expected me to know the procedure. Which fortunately I did since I waited twelve minutes for my order to show up. I stopped the manager on the way out and told her she needed to Have a chat with their employees. I could not believe how rude they were.

I don't know if I will be back. The food is great and i'm told the family is wonderful as well But I'm simply not impressed with the employees at any of the Braums in OK I've stopped at.... I was picking food up for some friends and their kids since they are in quarantine and this was my experience. Fast and accurate when taking the order. Did not feel rushed even when the young man taking my order asked if I wanted a shake or a drink with the number one neither were on the list I was given, so I asked if he would mind if I called my friend and the young man told me to take my time. I made the call and let the young man know I just needed the burger not the meal and I continued with the order. When I finished ordering he read my order back correctly. I pulled forward to the first window and was quickly on my way to the second where I was given the three sundaes (only one with nuts) and was told that the burger are still being cooked and then I was politely asked to pull forward to the door where they would bring the food to me. I was sitting there for maybe two minutes. I did not catch the young man's name but I did thank him for his patients. I am very grateful for the staff here at this Braums, especially today for it was very hectic. Huge Thanks...

This place has went downhill for some time now. The last several times I have been here the service gets worse. Today the lady at the grocery register was cursing the card machine like she was at a biker club. Then I had to scrape the salt off my fries with my knife. They forgot my shake and when the manager wasn't even there, had left while on brake, and after 20 min I left. She never called me, so I called her to offer her the opportunity to correct them, she said I must have called the wrong store because the girl I described with blonde hair wasn't salting the fries.... that girl had black hair. So I explained to her that I would be calling corporate office and I would bet she would listen to them.....

I love Braums Milk but I am not a fan of the store on Mississippi in Ada Oklahoma.... Update... it seems that there getting better, but I'm not fully...
